Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility criteria set by SKUAST-K for these DPR vacancies is given below – check all points of the eligibility criteria and then start application form of these vacancies:
- The candidate who apply for the vacancies should be retired government officials, bank employees insurance agents, consultancy firms and independent professionals with experience in facilitating financial proposals.
- The Candidates must demonstrate the ability to guide Micro Food Processing Enterprises (MFPEs) through loan applications and compliance processes (Interview).
Job Roles and Salary
The candidate who pass the Interview stage will be appointed as District Resource Person (DRP) and they will work as intermediaries between entrepreneurs and financial institutions. The important job role given to Them includes duties like scrutinizing loan applications, conducting field visits, Document Verification and ensuring implementation of PM-FME guidelines. The DRPs candidate need to upload validated proposals on the designated portal and coordinate with banks for timely disbursement.
The candidate who will be selected will get ₹10000 per sanctioned loan and an additional ₹10000 upon successful disbursement by the bank. This performance-based structure salary helps them to earn more by doing more work. These DRP will work under State Nodal Agency (SNA) and payments are under SNA which makes it transparent and rewarding for retirees.
